UN says Sri Lanka rebels conscript worker, teenager
COLOMBO, March 16 (Reuters) - The United Nations said on Monday Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger rebels had forcibly recruited another of its local staff members and three dependents of U.N. local staff, including a 16-year-old girl.
A U.N. statement said the Tigers had taken the four people in an army-declared no-fire zone in northern Sri Lanka.
Another U.N. worker was forcibly recruited two weeks ago and has not been released, it said. (Reporting by Bryson Hull; Editing by Paul Tait)
