பிரபாகரன் இன்று ஹிட்லரின் நிலையை அடைந்துள்ளதாக அரசாங்கம் கூறுகிறது

தமிழீழ விடுதலை புலிகளின் தலைவர் வேலுப்பிள்ளை பிரபாகரன் தற்போது, ஜேர்மனியின் சர்வதிகாரி அடல்ப் ஹிட்லரின் நிலையில் இருப்பதாக அரசாங்கம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
கொழும்பில் இன்று இடம்பெற்ற ஊடக சந்திப்பொன்றில் கலந்து கொண்டு உரையாற்றிய அமைச்சரவைப் பேச்சாளர் அமைச்சர் அனுர பிரியதர்ஷன யாப்பா இதனை தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

ஜேர்மனிய சர்வாதிகாரியான அடல்ப் ஹிட்லர் அவரது இறுதி காலத்தில் பதுங்குகுழியிலேயே தமது காலத்தை கழித்ததாக அவர் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.

இராணுவத்தின் முன்நகர்வுகளினால், தமிழீழ விடுதலைப் புலிகளின் தலைவர் வேலுப்பிள்ளை பிரபாகரன் தற்போது செய்வதறியாது இருப்பதாக அமைச்சர் இதன்போது தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இதற்கிடையில், எதிர்வரும் காலத்தில் அரசாங்கம் பாரிய இராணுவ முன்னெடுப்பினை மேற்கொள்ளவிருப்பதாக அமைச்சர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

தற்போது கூட மோதல் தவிர்ப்பு பிரதேசத்தை இராணுவத்தினர் சுற்றிவளைத்துள்ளதாக அமைச்சர் அனுர பிரியதர்ஷன யாப்பா இதன்போது தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.


LTTE leader's situation is similar to Hitler's final days, says Sri Lanka government


Apr 10, Colombo: Sri Lanka government today said that the LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran is facing the same situation as Hitler faced in the final days of his life.

Speaking at a press briefing held in Colombo this morning, Cabinet spokesman, Minister Anura Priyadharshana Yapa said LTTE leader is also hiding in a bunker like Hitler did in the past.

The spokesman said the government forces have already defeated the LTTE outfit and they only need to arrest its leader Velupillai Prabhakaran.

Minister Yapa said the government forces are now engaged in a humanitarian operation to rescue the civilians held by the rebels in a narrow strip of land.
